Phase I. . Based on an existing pontoon and, on behalf of the shipowner COTENAVAL made the basic engineering and construction supervision of the manufacture and Assembly of 4 towers of 18 m length by 3.6 m breadth and 15 m of depth. Also a lifting structure with their corresponding lattice towers on each of the floating towers was built. In that lifting structure were set two concrete arms for the works of manufacturing of caissons, and a crane for auxiliary works. From this new structure it will be suspended the sliding formwork, which through a system of cables and pulleys is raised to the extent in which the caixons are manufactured.
Phase II.Basic extension project of 10 m of the immersion towers, increasing that way 10 m the dock cability of sinking, and therefore increasing the range of caissons that can be built. Supervision of the work by the shipyard.
